Why Vick got Smart

Why Vick Finally Got Smart
Mike Vick lied to at least 4 people that we know of. Then he lied about 2 different situations to try to clear up his name.
1. Roger Goodell saying he had no affiliation with these “thugs” who live at a place he owned and ran a dog fighting ring that he (Vick) had no idea was going on.
2. Arthur Blank and Coaches- Basically he stated that he never was involved at all.
3. His family- Telling his family that he had nothing to do with this.
4. Media- Didn’t we all hear him say that, “The Mike Vick name will be cleared and that all those who know Mike Vick will see his good name come back?” After all he doesn’t know what exonerated means! What a stupid thug.
The best part is that he lied on different occasions to hopefully beat the systems. When the allegations all came out, he said it was all bogus and that some “people” were trying to take advantage of him. He said he had nothing to do with dog fighting and that it was other people. Great lie if you ask me now.
The next lie came after the media had been told that he would plead Guilty that he said he never personally killed a dog and that he never gambled. But he did witness and he did transport these animals. Apparently never touched a dog at the “Bad Newz Kennels” Curiously enough, those are two things that can get you into the most trouble in the law and NFL and not just the transporting. Another convenient lie. Twice this dude tried to get out of trouble and blame it on others. I have lost all respect for him. By brother in law even as a huge former Vick fan has decided to give away his and his sons Vick jerseys away to a buddy’s dog.
If you ask me, Vick was smart to volunteer to go to jail. I personally hope you never see the field again. Once a thug, always a thug.
